Booking & Stay Information

Check-in: from 15:00 to 22:00

Check-out: until 11:00

A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to arrange the key handover and make your check-in smooth and easy.

Payment & Security Deposit

A 15% prepayment is required to confirm your booking (bank transfer).

The remaining balance is paid upon arrival.

A €200 refundable security deposit is required upon arrival. It will be returned within 3 days after check-out via bank transfer, provided the apartment is left in the same condition as upon arrival.

 

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival date.

For cancellations made later, the deposit is non-refundable.

 

Children

Children of all ages are welcome.

A baby cot is available free of charge upon request for children up to 2 years old.

 

Pets

Pets may be allowed upon request.

Each request is considered individually.

 

House Rules

The apartment is located in a residential complex.

Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00 and treat the property with care.

Smoking is not allowed.

Final cleaning after departure is included in the price.

Cleaning during the stay and linen change are not included.
